 The software was primarily designed to track and monitor the movement of the numerous property keys used within any busy letting or estate agency. A prime concern for any such agency is finding out just who has possesion of property keys at any one time due to the simple fact there's so many.

With the aid of a barcode labels attached to the key fobs, Key-Watch will enable you to quickly and accurately scan out all keys when they're loaned by office staff, contractors or tenants. A full reporting facility allows you to display and print a record of all keys loaned out per person or by property within any date period you like. What's more,it will also perform spot checks of keys to give you an up to date status of the key, where it belongs to etc.

Key-Watch is a low cost, simple to use package which is due to be developed further to allow for property maintenance to be monitored and planned, sometime in the near future.
