Stafftrak Software for the PC, a simple and
accurate Time and Attendance system for the
workplace.
Stafftrak offers a simple and efficient data
collection process for monitoring the daily
attendance of all employees, as well as having
the ability to store valuable information for
administrators on important topics such as:
Hours worked per employee; Holiday and sickness
pay; Individual history; Personnel currently
clocked In etc.
It has to be the easiest and most cost effective
way to monitor time and attendance within the
workplace, with a basic package starting price
of just £995.00 + VAT for the software
and hardware.
Personnel are registered onto the database
with a clock number, and you can also categorise
people by their department and position. When
clocking In or Out, the personnel presents
their ID card to the mounted reader and all
data is automatically dated and timed. When
clocking out, this is done in exactly the same
way using either the same device or if you
wish a different device can be located elsewhere
(network version only).

The collected information can then be collated
into a number of reports to depict which personnel
are present or absent and what hours have been
worked each week/ month etc. An automatic fire
report outlining all current personnel on site
can be generated at the touch of a button if
and whenever an emergency evacuation situation
is declared!
Software is available as either a single user
or multi user network version.
Stafftrak supports the use of different types
of identification: Barcode ID Cards; Magnetic
Stripe Cards; RFID Card and tags; Fingerprint
recognition.
